By creating a Sidra account or using any Sidra service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Sidra is a software-as-a-service platform that helps UAE property investors manage their portfolios — including property records, tenant and lease management, payment tracking, maintenance coordination, document storage, and compliance tooling.
Sidra is a technology platform and does not act as a licensed real estate agent, property manager, legal advisor, or financial advisor. See the RERA Disclaimer for further detail.
You agree not to:
Sidra is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance for the chosen billing period (monthly or annual). All fees are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged where applicable under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial periods, except where required by UAE consumer protection law.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to Sidra ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service.
All platform software, design, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive property of Redwood Heritage Private Office LLC. No licence to copy, distribute, or create derivative works is granted.
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Sidra's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including lost rental income, regulatory penalties, or decisions made on the basis of AI-generated outputs.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and applicable UAE federal laws. Any dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
